Protein Immunology Core Facility

Our facility provides protein immunology related research services such as immune protein quantification and qualification from a broad range of samples including culture supernatant, serum, plasma and other biological fluids. We mainly use analytical methods: ELISA, multi-bead assay, western blotting, simple western to provide the validated results. Also, we have developed the analytical method to detect biomarkers, and conducted the method validation for clinical trials. Besides, we have been supporting our researchers with data analysis services.

High throughput, automatic workstation supporting the immune protein quantification by ELISA and multiplex bead assay 

 Multi-array reader system – Sector S600 (MSD)
Highly sensitive chemiluminescence multiplex system allows the accurate measurement of low levels of immune proteins and is useful to analyze PK, and immunogenicity. 

 Multi Protein Analyzer - Luminex 200, Bio-Plex 200 suspension system
Magnetic bead-based fluorescence multiplex system allows the accurate measurement of low levels of immune proteins 

 Multi-detection microplate reader - Synergy Mx (BioTek,) Spectramax M5 (MD)
Multi-mode reader has the five modes platform: UV-Visible Absorbance (Abs), Fluorescence Intensity (FI), Time-Resolved Fluorescence (TRF), Fluorescence Polarization (FP), Luminescence (Lumi) 

 Microplate Reader - Versamax (MD)
Reader system supporting the immune protein quantification by ELISA 

 Western Blot Automation System – Wes (Protein Simple)
Capillary electrophoresis immunoblotting system (simple western) is more sensitive and quantitative than traditional western blot
